As a younger attorney, Mark gained experience litigating Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Bad Faith claims while working for a small firm in Corrales, NM. While serving as an Assistant Attorney General, Mark handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters to ensure New Mexicans consumer protection rights were protected in addition to professional licensing revocation proceedings. Mark has argued in the New Mexico Supreme Court as well as filing an Amicus Brief in SCOTUS.
